haven't been in the mood to blog these days.. think it's because i got really sick of facing the computer at work. speaking of work.. work hasn't been good these days.. getting pissed at people (oh no!!) and when you step on my tail.. well, you don't hear the end of it.. or so my colleague says. yup.. someone at work stepped on my tail.. and i'm not happy. really not happy about it. i mean, i'm serious about my work. if you aren't.. bugger off. don't tell me what to do, especially when it's wrong. or utter rubbish. let me ask you.. are enquiries about round the world tickets air ticket enquiries? they are right? so i thought, and so do all my colleagues. except one. she had the nerve to tell me that "round the world tickets are not air ticket enquiries, so do not pass them to me..". in actual fact, she just doesn't want to do it coz she didn't KNOW how to.. pathetic right? and she's not even good at quoting. keep making mistakes. oh well. i may be biased you say. but just ask my colleagues. they'll tell you the same thing. bah. i don't give a damn. just remember.. you step on my tail. you live with the consequences.

why it? coz it's neutered (is that the spelling?) so technically i cant call it him.. but he's/it's known as the boy boy or darling boy in the house..
does he bite? nah.. he's/it's like me, bites only when provoked. but basically he's/it's a scaredy cat at heart. he's/it's more afraid of people than those afraid of cats!

monday to friday -
nothing much happened.. work and more work.. didn't see dear dear at all.. dad was in hospital for a check up.. so i went to the hospital to visit him on tuesday.. guess what i saw him doing when i went there? smoking downstairs.. in front of the "no smoking" sign.. sigh, some things never change.
saturday -
met up with sqdmates at hearland mall. mini celebrated huizhi's birthday and had steamboat for dinner before heading to juan's house to watch tv.. havent had so much fun in ages.. especially with sqdmates.. been ages since i'd last seen them.. like only huizhi and juan during chinese new year. really miss the good ol days of being in npcc with sqdmates.. life was much simpler then.. sigh..
to those sqdmates who said that they were going to turn up but didn't.. well.. you missed a good gathering. your loss. i really hope there will be more people at the next gathering..
okay.. this is turing out to be a long entry.. but coz of the pictures lah.. will have more in the next.. so be prepared~! oh btw.. i'll be going to china in june..muahaha, more on that later... tata!

okay. so i'm pissed. the pictures that were originally hosted under angelfire didn't seem to appear. so i decided to put them under my geocities account. guess what.. the pictures appeared for like 5 mins then WHAM.. off they go to being a miserable red x again... sigh... can someone tell me how in the world can i put images up??? coz i want to show you guys pictures of my cat!!!! he's so cute!!!!!
as usual.. nothing much happened.. just work and more work.. oh yeah, recently i've been addicted to fan fictions.. muahaha.. you're right, you didn't read it wrongly.. fan fiction.. along the likes of meteor garden (i can hear the EEWWW!! coming from some of your mouths..) and 5566... hey i never knew some of these writers are so good!! i mean.. interesting storylines and good english.. haha.. hard to find in Singapore.. then again.. most of the writers i've come across are from Philippines and Taiwan... =)

went over to dear's house yesterday and he cooked spaghetti for me.. muahaha... he's good... *swoons* the food was delicious too!! ever heard of spaghetti with prawns, cockles, crab sticks and chicken? well, we had tt yesterday.. plus sotong balls afterwards.. hehe.. i think i put on at least 2kg yesterday from all the pigging..
speaking of putting on weight.. i seem to have put on ALOT of weight... *gasp* die.. i'm getting FAT!!!!! someone go exercise with me!! i'll do anything.. even jog to lose that weight!!! sigh.. lazy to go exercise alone.. n not much motivtion to exercise too.. so please... someone, anyone.. next time you wish to go exercise.. ask me along... pretty please.. i'll be eternally grateful..

okay... so i haven't been blogging in the past few days.. coz i'm getting sick of typing and starig at the computer!!!! "why is that so?" you ask.. wellz.. the answer is simple.. coz since monday, i've been sitting in front of a comp typing emails like crazy from 9am to 6pm. grrr... okay... i've started work at misa travel.. replying emails from customers.. yepz.. that's what i do.. what to do, my english is so powderful they cant do without me.. muahaha (as if)
so the past few days haven't been eventful.. just plain ol boring work.. been guai too.. going home for dinner and giving tuition.. sigh... speaking of tuition.. what did i get myself into sia.. the girl i'm teaching.. she's not very strong in english, so it take extra effort for her to learn (and for me to teach)..
but i'm quite determined to make sure that she at least passes her english and maths (yes.. she fails them sometimes..) coz i think she needs to learn.. yah.. and i need the money... hehe

lalala.. i'm back!!! anyone missed me? hahaha... not tt anyone would bother to read this anyway.. wellz, been back for 2 days liaoz.. reached spore at about 10pm.. was so damn tired!! but fun!!!!!! played alot and shopped ALOT ALOT too!!! muahahaha... just a summary of what went on in genting from 26th to 29th april..
26th april:-
trip up to genting (uneventful and loooonggg)
movie starsky and hutch (cheap and good!!)

theme park day! (lotsa fun!! plus cool cool weather.. muahaha)

so tt's about it.. my time in genting.. sad thing was tt we cant go into the casino (as if! haha) loved the weather.. think it was almost always at 20degrees... muaahaha.. a far cry from the 33degrees in singapore sia...
oh yesh we ate something that was damn good.. had tt for like 3 to 4 times in total!! muahaha.. chick-a-licious from marry brown.. wonder why they don't have a branch in singapore.. i'll visit it everyday!! *grinz* see pic below.. i'm drooling just looking at it.. think thick mushroom sauce over a well deep-fried piece of chicken thigh+drumstick.. mmmmmmmmmm....

so that's all for genting.. oh yesh.. jillian's back from canada!!! met up with her, lynn and diana on friday.. part wasn't there due to prolonged waiting.. actually supposed to meet at 12pm but diana msged us at 1130 saying tt she and lynn were at an interview.. think partner got tired of waiting (since she was there early) and decided to leave.. cant say i blame her coz she was there early.. maybe she had a bad day.. i dunno.. but i'm kinda worried about her.. havent seen her this mad for a long time.. wouldn't answer our calls or smses.. i'm going to call her later..
had lunch at baker's inn.. okay.. the dessert's wonderful but the service needs more improvement.. no ice water provided, and we have to pay for mineral water??? sigh.. but the chocolate souffle was good.. yum.. shopping at paragon makes me nervous.. so afraid tt i'll drop something.. the stuff are expensive!! lynn saw an aigner (is tt the correct spelling???) bag tt cost S$2520!!! my goodness.. i almost fainted~ for at first i thought it was S$250.. boy was i wrong... left early with diana and left lynn and jill shopping... hope to meet up with them soon again...

oh yes. the low point of friday.. i lost my matric card and ez-link. damn. i think i dropped it at the bus stop at dear's place. careless of me. havent lost anything in a long while.. and i cant even replace it or report the loss of my ez-link (which i've just topped up) until monday!! so sickening!!! argh.. whatever... it's gone.. cant get it back liaoz.. no point going on and on about it.. =P
starting work on monday. misa travel. typing emails again.. lalalala.. at least i wont be slacking around.. looking forward to it!

lalala, one more paper to go!!! had 2 papers today.. all essays.. wrote 5 essays in total today.. hand cramp sia.. surprisingly pol sci wasn't so bad, should be able to pass it.. hehe.. got a scare though at ss exam.. almost couldn't find the venue coz jami and i blur.. haha.. short term memory lah.. forgot the venue...
nothing much happened during the past week.. oh yesh.. bought lynn a prezzie last week (her birthday's on 12th april) rabbit shaped earrings coz she likes animals.. haha couldn't find anything that had cats on it.. earrings i mean.. was almost late for the el paper on wed.. coz the stupid bus was stuck for like 10 mins at a gantry.. the sensor wasn't working properly and it almost made us late!! whew thank goodness nothing of tt sort happened..
studied pol sci with sze yeng on sat.. finally got some serious studying done.. think she's a very interesting person, and she makes me laugh!! hehe.. very comfortable around her.. coz she's very childlike and friendly..
sunday.. well.. nothing much up on sunday.. watched the charity show thingy on channel 8.. it's getting so commercialized tt it's not tt interesting anymore. a lil turned off by the continuous begging for more phone calls, supposedly to support the local stars, but in reality so that they can beat the target set by the overseas stars last week.. haha.. so hypocritical.. why did i watch it anyway?? oh yah, coz i didn't want to study.. haha..
woohoooo... tmr's the last paper, but its from 5pm to 7pm!!! so sianz... the bus takes forever to come after 7.. waited at the yih bus stop for 50 mins before sze yeng and i managed to get on the 151.. the 2 previous buses were all full.. sigh.. was damn hungry when i reached home.. well maybe tmr i'll leave earlier like 15 mins before the end of the paper (tt's if i can finish it in time) to avoid the crowd.. hope i'll be home earlier than today!!
contemporary social issues in singapore.. open book exam tmr and i dont feel like studying for it at all.. sigh.. tt's the problem of open book exams.. but i have to read through the notes.. coz i havent been actually attending all the lectures!! *oops* haha.. cant help it, it's super boring.. cant wait for the end of the paper though!! it'll signal the end of the final exams!!!!!! muahaha.. got a few things planned..

lalala, 2 papers down, 3 more to go.. finally, the dreaded econs paper is finally over. i've decided. no more econs for me.. EVER!!! english was a little difficult, and i made a stupid mistake.. argh.. nvm..
warning: steer clear of amk jubilee mos burger.
will never buy mos burger at amk anymore. the service there is horrible. went there on sunday with my sister to buy some food back, got served by the cashier from teenage hell. she had such a black face that i got sick of just even looking at her. man she looked like she had pms or something. even shouted at my sister when she wanted to take more ketchup. "HUH???" was her exact words.. damn rude and tt just made me more pissed. wanted to see the manager haha..
as if tt wasn't enough, they actually gave us the wrong order!!! and we had to go all the way back to change the burger. actually ordered 2 teriyaki chicken burgers but they gave us 2 chicken burgers.. which did not look appetising AT ALL.. was really pissed off manz.. but the manager was quite nice and apologetic.. whatever, no more mos burger from TT place anymore.
monday i think i went into panic mode, coz econs was on tuesday. really tried cramming stuff into the had but mot really successful. well, its over. and i think i did not too badly.. (i hope!) pol sci is next, with spore lit.. oh yesh.. i got a B- for my essay.. muahaha.. expected a C or D coz i was half asleep while doing it. well, the results spell it out clearly.. elit is not such a good choice after all.. sigh.. but i like leh... haha.. contridicting myself..
argh.. pol sci.. help!! gotta go study.. otherwise i may have to retake this module again next sem.. no way am i gonna let tt happen.. haha.. i hope.. ta~

yeah!! made payment for my genting trip today.. lalalala.. can't wait for 26th to come~! genting... cool weather and no parental nagging!!! woohoo.. freedom!! even though it'll only be for 4 days...
hehehe.. just came back from a dinner held by grandfather's clan association, the food's quite nice but the service sucks. it seems as though the waitresses can't wait for the customers to leave (and never come back!) i wonder about the services in singapore sometimes.. we call ourselves a garden city and a popular tourist destination, but our service sucks!! why is tt so??? in restaurants, shopping centres, it's all the same.. grumpy waitresses and/or salesgirls looking suspiciously at you as if you'd walk out of the shop with tt $5 item.. ugh.. as compared to many places, we're waaayyy back man..
3 more days till the exams... why was i so stupid to take econs?!?!! regretting it so badly now... but what to do, i still have to go through the stupid exam... hope i won't get too low a mark for it... or my CAP will be quite dead by then..
i'm still confused about my major.. english literature is fun but i don't really score tt well in it.. but i like it!! same for english language.. fun to learn but difficult to score.. econs is out i think, coz it's just filled with too much blardy maths for me to stomach.. hmmm... anyone has any suggestions?? elang or elit? my money lies with elang (the more practical choice since i have more choice of professions later) but my heart is in elit!! sigh.... only time will tell whether elit or elang will be the ultimate choice...
my dad's watching the premiere league match between manchester united and birmingham now.. it's a draw at 1-1 currently, but it seemed as if birmingham will win in the first half.. haha, if manu loses then tt will really signify the end of the united era.. finally if i would say so... *oops* (manu fans.. pls dont kill me/send me hate mail..) what is it with grown men watching football.. they become rowdy kids!! haha, like my dad and uncles.. they are all behaving like little kids now...
kk shall go off now... sleepy and lots to study tmr!! haha no tuition tmr... can sleep in a little later... mmmmmmmmm... tata!!

i feel royally pissed. it isn't as if i wasn't interested in meeting up. i had a tuition session for goodness sake. and i just started teaching her. i cant change the tuition date for no rhyme or reason rite?? i don't understand why i try so hard. they think i'm not trying. haha. whatever. i can't seem to be bothered anymore. anyway was supposed to meet lynn, partner and diana for dinner yesterday, and i cant make it coz i have a prior appointment with the student i'm tutoring. just visited one of their blogs and hey.. guess what? i'm branded "not interested in meeting up". sigh.
maybe i'm just not a good friend and not trying hard enough to maintain the friendship. but with friends like her, who needs enemies?? okay, that may be a little strong but then again. i feel left out. majorly left out.. emails, dinners.. no idea what's going on with this friendship anymore. and i see her around most regularly.. sigh. dunno what's going on.
exams start in a week's time.. cant really get in the studying mood yet.. no idea why.. just not interested anymore.
okay.. think i better stop here. i feel drained and depressed. so long.
